FASTBLOCK®401 Type 1 by TA Aerospace is a low density, sprayable thermal insulation for application on aircraft hydraulic hoses and many other complex shapes . This compound also can be used as thermal insulation on clamp cushions, seals, o-rings, grommets and gaskets in select configurations. FASTBLOCK®401 can be combined with fiberglass, ceramic fiber or stainless steel, polyimide film, and many other materials to make removable heat shields for existing structures. Reduce installation cost by reducing fasteners, part count, and by reducing installation time. This is a one-part organic peroxide cured fluorosilicone rubber compound. FASTBLOCK®401 has an excellent service temperature range of -60° to +150°C (-76° to +302°F). Product available in 1 gal. size.
