FASTBLOCK® 800 Aircraft Thermal Insulation

FASTBLOCK® 800 by TA Aerospace is a moldable, brushable or trawelable fire and thermal barrier compound for various applications of aircraft firewall structure and other components. FASTBLOCK® 800  cures to be an ultra low-density alternative to FASTBLOCK® 201. Drying/curing time depends on the thickness of the application. The cured FASTBLOCK® 800 is effective at all temperatures from -65˚F to +400˚F (-54˚C to +204˚C) and can withstand exposure to temperature of up to +2000˚F (+1093˚C) as per FAA AC 20-135. This is a two-part water-based compound. Product available in 32 oz, 1 gal. and 2 gal. sizes. Contact TA Aerospace for pre-molded shapes.
